The cleanliness was great, with spacious and tidy rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was always helpful and kind. The location was perfect, close to many food places, and within walking distance of transportation options.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic! It was just a short walk away from Taksim square, so I had easy access to the metro, restaurants, and shops. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions I had and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I especially liked that some of the rooms had balconies, which offered a nice view of the surroundings.
Everything was great and there was nothing I could fault about this hotel.
